EvictWeb — the ubiquitous eviction resource.
Eviction is stressful for everyone involved. Landlords worry about lost rent and getting the paperwork exactly right; tenants worry about losing their home and missing a deadline they didn’t know existed. Both sides deserve clear, practical information.
EvictWeb brings that information together in one place: step-by-step guides, guided wizards that turn your answers into a personalized checklist with dates, print-ready documents such as a notice to quit or a tenant’s answer, official county court forms filled in from your answers, and a directory of county court clerks.
Our principles
- Balanced. We serve landlords and tenants alike, with separate tools for each.
- Lawful. We only describe court-based evictions. Lockouts and utility shut-offs are never the answer.
- Plain English. No jargon without an explanation.
- Honest about limits. We are not lawyers and we say so. When a situation is complicated, we point you to an attorney or legal aid.
